Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the service, supplier, and how close to the travel date you cancel. The general guidelines below apply to most bookings.

Holiday Packages

• 30+88888888 days before travel: 25% of total cost
• 15–29 days before travel: 50% of total cost
• 7–14 days before travel: 75% of total cost
• Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% of total cost

Flights

Airline cancellation rules apply. Refunds, if any, are processed after the airline deducts its cancellation fee.

Hotels

Hotel cancellation policies vary by property. Many bookings offer free cancellation up to a specified date — please check at the time of booking.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
